How do I contact the event organizer ?
TicketGateway is an online, self-service tool. This means that organizers handle all aspects of their events. If you have event-specific questions or want to request a refund, contact the event organizer directly. You can do this by replying to your order confirmation email, referencing your order details, or by sending them a message from the event listing where you originally registered.

Can I get a refund ?
Yes. In order to initiate a refund request, an attendee should contact an organizer directly as set forth in the applicable refund policy. If no contact information is listed, the attendee should use the contact the organizer button on the event page or such other information posted on the event page. Organizers agree to administrator its refund policy in accordance with the terms set forth on the applicable event page and the minimum requirements set forth in Section 3.1 above.
What can I do if my refund request was declined ?
In the event that an organizer fails to honor a refund that an attendee believes is due under the applicable refund policy and/or the minimum requirements set forth above, that attendee may request that TicketGateway initiate a refund by contacting us. TicketGateway will review the facts and circumstances and determine whether or not a refund is due in accordance with the applicable refund policy and the minimum requirements set forth above. TicketGateway will endeavor to complete its review within thirty (30) days of being contacted by the attendee. Attendees should note that if an organizer has selected a facilitated payment method such as PayPal® for an event, TicketGateway will not have control of the funds and TicketGateway will need the provider of the facilitated payment method to cooperate in order to obtain a refund, which may not happen. All determinations of TicketGateway with respect to these Attendee Refund Policy Requirements, including without limitation the orders to be refunded and the size of any refund, shall be final and binding on both the organizer and the attendee.
Why are tickets not refundable ?
Event promoters rely on pre-sales to determine pay for the concert or event long before it takes place. There are many costs associated with live events that many of us are not aware of, including equipment, large teams of people, rehearsals, recordings, travel expenses, etc. Were tickets refundable, it would make it impossible to guarantee payment for these real costs, and the events would not make it to your city. Most tickets can be resold or given away if you are unable to use them.
