Access your inner fire as you salute the sun with a special Sunset Stretch designed to empower self love through movement in the Phuc Yea Lantern Garden on Saturday, 2.22.2020.

Led by yoga teacher, Lauren Angueira (@LaurenBAngueira), this class will celebrate your inner fire through a powerful vinyasa flow focused on breath building & strength with a sultry, final slow down and heartbeat meditation. The experience will leave you in a special extended savasana accompanied by a hemp infused acupressure massage. Class will be set to powerful love ballads of the 90s through today.Following class, savor that post-yoga glow with a complimentary wellness cocktail from Phuc Yea's master mixologists featuring the calm, cool, collected & CONNECTED hemp & adaptogenic sparkling water (Recess) and a special rose quartz infusion.

Phuc Yea is a flavorful Vietnamese-Cajun cuisine restaurant created by Cesar Zapata and Aniece Meinhold in 2016. Wearing the hats of co-owner and Executive Chef, Cesar Zapata helms the kitchen, where he creates Phuc Yea’s signature Vietnamese-Cajun fare, and Aniece Meinhold, whose German and Vietnamese heritage brings a new take on Asian cuisine to Miami. FOH, beverage programs and design. Phuc Yea is located at 7100 Biscayne Blvd and is open Wednesday –Monday, where it serves lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch and daily happy hour.
