Toronto's biggest light festival is back.
From today until March 4th, the Toronto Light Festival will transform the historic Distillery District into one of the largest open-air lighting galleries in North America.
This year’s festival- now in its second year - is set to feature more than 30 light art installations from local and international artists, including a fire-breathing dragon. Visitors to the downtown east neighbourhood can expect to see sculptures composed of different light elements including iridescent, fluorescent and LED lights.
Here are some photos from last year’s event to help set the tone for this year:
The light festival officially kicks off tonight and runs until March 4th at the Distillery Historic District.
You can experience the magical light sculptures from sundown to 9PM Sunday to Wednesday and sundown to 10PM Thursday to Saturday
