Fans of '80s music, country and R&B-flavored pop should all find something to like in the 2017 N.C. Azalea Festival's slate of concerts.
Announced Friday morning, the diverse lineup includes '80s pop icons Duran Duran, country star Cole Swindell and singer and dancer Jason Derulo.
Swindell plays April 6, a Thursday, with Michael Ray and CJ Solar; Duran Duran plays April 7 with a yet-to-be-named special guest; and Derulo plays April 8 with Morris Day and the Time.
Tickets to all three shows, which will be held on the Miller Lite Main Stage in downtown Wilmington behind CFCC's Wilson Center, go on sale 9 a.m. Saturday online, and 9 a.m. Monday at the festival's offices at 5725 Oleander Drive, Unit B7, or by phone at 910-794-4650.
